Steve Dwyer has spent more than 43 years building leaders in two of the most demanding environments that exist — the U.S. military and large-scale corporate transformation. As a retired U.S. Army Colonel with aviation commands at the Tactical, Operational, and Strategic levels, including assignments at Ft. Campbell, Germany, Korea, and Iraq, and staff work at the Pentagon, he developed a practitioner's understanding of what leadership development actually requires: not training programs, but systems that change behavior under pressure.

After 30 years of military service, Steve joined Alltel Corporation as SVP of Leadership Development, designing, planning, and delivering leadership programs for Alltel's top 3,000 leaders. He then became the first Chief Learning Officer for DynCorp International — a defense and aerospace firm that scaled dramatically to support wartime operations globally in 2011, requiring Steve to build leadership capability across 2,500 leaders stationed around the world, in real time, under the highest operational pressure.

At Teamalytics, Steve has spent more than a decade working with multinational, multi-billion-dollar organizations and their C-suites — serving as a core advisor to CEOs on leadership effectiveness and enterprise-wide development architecture. He brings particular depth to the intersection of leadership acceleration and organizational scale: designing the systems that connect individual behavioral change to execution outcomes across entire organizations. When Teamalytics takes on an enterprise-wide engagement, Steve is one of the first resources deployed.

Steve and his wife, Gail, live in Mexico Beach, Florida.
