Shalee Lehning understands what it takes to perform at the highest level — and what it looks like when talented individuals haven't yet become a team. As a WNBA athlete, team captain, NCAA Division I coach, and ICF Professional Certified Coach, she has spent her career on both sides of that equation: achieving elite performance herself, and building the conditions for others to reach it.
Shalee helped lead Kansas State to a Big 12 Championship during her collegiate playing career, was drafted into the WNBA by the Atlanta Dream, and served as team captain while leading her team to two Eastern Conference Championships and two WNBA Finals appearances. After her playing career, she transitioned to coaching and academic advising at the NCAA Division I level — where she built a practitioner's understanding of how to develop leaders through real challenge, not carefully managed comfort.
At Teamalytics, Shalee works with leaders across industries — helping them surface the behavioral patterns that limit their effectiveness, identify and focus on the one or two things that will change the most, and build the consistent habits that make performance repeatable. Her approach is direct, high-energy, and grounded in what she has seen work in the most demanding performance environments: clear expectations, honest feedback, and genuine accountability to shared standards.
Shalee lives in Indianapolis, Indiana.
