Paige Lokey understands what it means to operate in an environment where the details matter and the relationships are everything. Seven years in banking and mortgage — industries built on trust, precision, and client follow-through — gave her the operational instincts and service discipline she has brought to the Teamalytics Client Engagement team since 2015.


In her role, Paige supports the full lifecycle of Senior Advisor client engagements across manufacturing, oil and gas, retail energy, private equity, real estate, healthcare, technology, sports and entertainment, transportation, and logistics. She manages scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination to ensure that the behavioral assessment tools, data, and processes the Teamalytics method depends on are delivered accurately and on time — every time.


In addition to her delivery support responsibilities, Paige works closely with Teamalytics' business development team on account management, proposal development, and contracting — giving her one of the broader operational views on the Client Engagement team. She interacts regularly with C-suite leaders, organizational team leaders, and their direct reports, and is consistently recognized by both Senior Advisors and clients for the precision and genuine warmth she brings to every interaction.


A graduate of the University of North Texas, Paige brings the same attention to detail and commitment to follow-through to her client relationships that she brings to everything she does.



Paige and her husband, Taylor and their four children, live in North Texas.
