Nicole Fields has built a career around one discipline: making complex operational relationships work, at scale, with precision. With more than 29 years in customer relationship management, logistics, and operations across major corporate environments, she brings a structured, client-first approach to every engagement she supports at Teamalytics.


Before joining Teamalytics, Nicole completed formal training in Six Sigma Greenbelt methodology for Marketing and Sales Associates and Dale Carnegie Professional Leadership Development — credentials that reflect an operational mindset shaped by data, process, and the kind of service standards that large organizations hold their best people to. She was also recognized as a distinguished nominee for the Ingersoll Rand President's Award, a reflection of the commitment to excellence she has carried throughout her career.


Since joining the Client Engagement team in 2015, Nicole has served as an operational partner to Teamalytics Senior Advisors as they prepare and deliver engagements across manufacturing, oil and gas, retail energy, private equity, real estate, healthcare, technology, sports and entertainment, transportation, and logistics. She interacts regularly with C-suite leaders, organizational team leaders, and their direct reports — managing the logistics, scheduling, and administrative coordination that ensures the behavioral assessment tools and processes the Teamalytics method depends on reach clients accurately and without disruption.


Her attention to detail, ability to anticipate client needs, and consistent follow-through are what Senior Advisors and clients alike count on — and have counted on for a decade.
