In each role, she worked as a direct strategic partner to C-suite and senior executives — driving organizational effectiveness across talent selection and onboarding, leadership development, succession planning, team dynamics, and change management. A #1 Amazon bestselling author, Missy has also presented keynote speeches and leadership development programs nationally on leading with courage and building cultures where people choose to show up.

Prior to her corporate career, Missy served as CHRO in a nationally recognized school district and as a high school principal and athletic director — environments that built a practitioner's instinct for what it actually takes to change behavior across a complex organization, not just announce it.
