Lisa White brings a depth of operational experience to client engagement that most people in her role don't have. Her background spans 18 years in public education as a teacher and administrator, a decade in the insurance industry supporting school district employees with group benefits, and a role training hospital employees on a new electronic health record system — each requiring a different kind of operational precision, a different kind of relationship management, and a different kind of service instinct.
Since joining the Teamalytics Client Engagement team in 2014, Lisa has served as an operational partner to Senior Advisors as they prepare and deliver engagements across manufacturing, oil and gas, retail energy, private equity, real estate, healthcare, technology, sports and entertainment, transportation, and logistics. She manages the logistics and administrative coordination that makes the delivery of Teamalytics' behavioral assessment tools and processes run without friction — from first engagement through final delivery.
In addition to her primary client engagement responsibilities, Lisa directs and administers Teamalytics' accounts payable and collections functions — a scope of responsibility that reflects the trust and institutional knowledge she has built over more than a decade with the firm. She interacts regularly with C-suite leaders and organizational team leaders, and is consistently recognized for the combination of accuracy, anticipation, and service commitment that defines how she shows up for both clients and colleagues.
Lisa lives in Dallas, Texas.
