Lee has worked with senior leaders across energy, defense, financial services, and environmental sectors — including ITT Defense, NextEra Energy, DynCorp International, M3 Capital Partners, Azure Midstream, and Heritage Environmental. He has also worked extensively in professional sports, advising organizations including the Dallas Cowboys, New York Yankees, Arizona Diamondbacks, and IMG Academy, as well as working with professional quarterbacks Colt McCoy and Ryan Tannehill. His global footprint includes engagements in Australia, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, Kuwait, Brazil, and Puerto Rico.

Today Lee serves as a Founding Advisor at Teamalytics — a senior resource to the advisory team and to selected clients where three-plus decades of pattern recognition is the most valuable thing in the room. He has seen every version of the leadership problems organizations face. He knows what works, what doesn't, and — most importantly — what takes longer than anyone wants it to.
