Katie is a client solutions leader and business development strategist for Teamalytics, bringing over 17 years of talent strategy and client development experience to the team. She has an innate ability to connect with, understand and anticipate clients’ needs as they build high-performing teams.
Katie has partnered with numerous organizations to develop powerful people-analytics, employee engagement, rewards, recognition, change management and culture strategies. With roles at O.C. Tanner, Mercer (a division of Marsh McLennan) and McKesson, Katie has built strong relationships by helping clients navigate complex change-management initiatives in an environment of mutual trust and respect, while also building brand awareness in the market.
Passionate about people and the unique purpose each individual possesses, Katie is dedicated to service and mentorship. The daughter of a retired Army officer, she is committed to supporting others through mentoring youth and early-career professionals as well as supporting military and veteran communities. Katie serves as the Strategic Development Director for a non-profit aimed at serving Gold Star Children through sports and fitness.
Katie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science & American Politics from the University of North Georgia. While in college, she was accepted into the Fund for American Studies at Georgetown University where she completed a semester and interned with the Darrell Green Youth Life Foundation in Anacostia, Washington, DC.
In her spare time, Katie enjoys traveling, reading and spending time with family and friends.
