Joy Chmelar
Executive Assistant

Joy Chmelar has spent more than a decade making sure that what happens between a Senior Advisor and a client happens without friction — and that the behavioral assessment tools, data, and logistics that the Teamalytics method depends on arrive accurately and on time, every time.

As the primary operational partner to Senior Advisor Lee Bason since 2014, Joy oversees and coordinates all aspects of his client engagements across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, business services, health sciences, defense, hospitality, and infrastructure. She serves as the primary point of contact for C-suite leaders, organizational team leaders, and their direct reports — managing all scheduling, logistics, and operational coordination required to support Lee's advisory work at the senior executive level.

Joy's work is not administrative in the ordinary sense. She anticipates what clients need before they ask, manages complexity across multiple simultaneous engagements, and ensures that the operational side of the work never becomes a distraction from the leadership work itself. That combination of precision and service instinct is built on a diverse professional background — co-founding and operating a retail development company in Colorado with her husband, working in massage therapy, and serving in accounting administration — all of which required the same blend of attention to detail, relationship management, and operational follow-through that defines her work at Teamalytics.

Joy and her husband, Chad, live in College Station, Texas.
