Dr. Chris White built the science behind what Teamalytics does. As Chief Science Officer and the architect of the Teamalytics 360 behavioral assessment, he has spent more than two decades studying the patterns that limit individual and team performance — and designing instruments precise enough to Surface them accurately.
Holding a PhD in statistics, Chris brings an unusual combination of quantitative rigor and practitioner instincts to leadership work. He played a lead role in developing the Flippen Profile, a globally used psychometric assessment that identifies and addresses the behavioral constraints hindering performance. With over 15,000 individual advisory sessions across his career — spanning professional sports, the military, Fortune 500 companies, and K-12 education — he has built one of the deepest behavioral datasets in the industry. His clients have included the Dallas Cowboys, the New York Yankees, Fortune 500 executives, and military generals.
At Teamalytics, Chris leads the ongoing science and product innovation that keeps the method grounded in data, not opinion. He also engages directly with executive teams and PE-backed organizations where the behavioral complexity is high and precision matters. His ability to translate statistical data into actionable leadership insight is what makes the Teamalytics method both credible and specific — not just directionally correct, but measurably so.
Chris and his family live in College Station, TX.
