Brigette Scott brings a level of operational discipline to client engagement that is genuinely rare. As a former U.S. Navy Reactor Operator aboard the USS John C. Stennis — one of the most technically demanding and consequence-sensitive roles in the military — she spent six years learning what precision, accountability, and zero-margin-for-error execution actually require. She has carried that standard into everything she has done since.

After her military service, Brigette built expertise in logistics and fleet distribution at Enterprise Holdings, managing the effective distribution of the Southwest Florida rental fleet — a role that demanded the same real-time problem-solving and operational coordination she had developed in the Navy. She then earned her BS in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, with a minor in Decision Sciences, from the University of North Texas — credentials that reflect a systematic, data-informed approach to operational complexity.

Since joining the Teamalytics Client Engagement team in 2018, Brigette has served as an operational partner to Senior Advisors across manufacturing, oil and gas, retail energy, private equity, real estate, healthcare, technology, sports and entertainment, transportation, and logistics. She manages scheduling, logistics, and client platform support — ensuring that the behavioral assessment tools, data, and processes the Teamalytics method depends on reach clients accurately and without disruption. She also coordinates and executes special projects for both Teamalytics and its clients, and works closely with the business development team on account management, proposals, and contracting.

Her background — military service, logistics expertise, and a supply chain degree — gives her an operational foundation that makes the complexity of multi-party, multi-industry client engagements genuinely manageable.

Brigette and her husband, Jonathan and three boys, live in North Texas.
